A strong foundation is key to the stability and longevity of this COLORBOND® Evening Haze® Garaport. To achieve this, we installed an engineered concrete slab with footings for strength and support. The site required additional levelling, so we built a brand new concrete sleeper retaining wall on the boundary so we could fill the site to the required level. We also installed drainage solutions to prevent water buildup and ensure long-term durability. The stormwater system includes surface pits and a stormwater connection to manage runoff efficiently. By directing water away from the property, it prevents disruptions and minimizes the impact on neighbouring homes.
